2. When you contact AM Digital

When you submit the contact form, AM Digital processes your name, company name, email address and message.

The purpose is to handle and respond to your enquiry.

3. When you become a client

To provide quotes, enter agreements, carry out work, communicate and invoice, AM Digital may process contact details, contractual information, billing information, communication history, and the information and access needed for the engagement.

4. Legal bases

Contact enquiries and ordinary B2B communication are processed on the basis of legitimate interests in responding to incoming enquiries and administering business relationships.

Data required for bookkeeping and invoicing is processed to comply with a legal obligation.

Google Analytics 4 is used with consent through CookieYes. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on the basis of legitimate interests in protecting the website and forms from spam, bots and abuse.

5. Website, maps and cookies

The website uses CookieYes to manage your cookie choices. Google Tag Manager manages the website’s tags.

Google Analytics 4 provides statistics on website use. CookieYes is configured with Basic Google Consent Mode, so Google Analytics 4 does not begin collecting data before you consent.

The website does not use Google Ads tracking or Meta Pixel.

The local pages include an embedded Google Maps map. Google’s terms and privacy policy apply when the map loads. The website also links to external services including Google, LinkedIn and Precis Digital. Their terms apply when you follow those links.

6. Recipients and service providers

Hostinger provides website hosting. Basin handles the contact form and forwards submitted information to AM Digital’s email. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form against spam and bots.

CookieYes manages cookie consent. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 are used for tag management and statistics according to your cookie choices.

Some AM Digital service providers may process personal data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, applicable GDPR safeguards are used, such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long data is retained

Form submissions are stored in Basin for 30 days. This applies to storage at Basin. Basin also forwards the information to AM Digital’s email, where the copy is not automatically deleted after 30 days.

Contact enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are normally retained for no more than 12 months after the most recent contact.

Client information is retained during the relationship and afterwards for as long as needed to manage the relationship, potential claims or legal obligations. Accounting records are kept for the period required by applicable accounting law.

8. Your rights

You may request information about the personal data AM Digital processes about you. You may also request rectification, erasure, restriction or data portability where the GDPR conditions are met. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

You can change or withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time through the website’s cookie settings.

9. Complaints

If you believe your personal data is being processed incorrectly, you can contact AM Digital. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY. More information is available at imy.se.
