When you want to scale but marketing cannot keep up

Growth is my service for larger engagements. It may involve a complex Google Ads account across several markets, or broader responsibility where advertising, measurement, landing pages, CRO and other areas need to develop together.

Four common situations where Growth fits

It does not have to mean taking over all your marketing. The engagement starts with what is preventing the business from continuing to grow.

More budget no longer has the same effect

Advertising has grown, but sales or leads are not keeping pace. We need to understand what is limiting further growth.

Google Ads works, but other areas hold it back

The account may deliver while measurement, the landing page or incoming lead handling makes it difficult to turn more traffic into business.

Channels are pulling in different directions

Google Ads, Meta and other activity need to be assessed against the same business objectives, with a shared plan rather than isolated optimisation.

Google Ads has become a larger responsibility

More markets, a larger budget or a more extensive account may require more analysis, structure and ongoing development than a standard channel engagement.

Broader responsibility in practice

Growth should show in the work that gets done

I work closely with the team, help decide what to do first and drive the areas we have agreed on.

That could mean developing a large Google Ads account, coordinating multiple markets or fixing measurement before increasing the budget. Everyone should know what I do, what the team does and how we assess whether the work helps.

What may be included

The scope is built around the business’s most important needs. It does not have to include every area at once.

Google Ads with broader responsibility

A larger Google Ads engagement can itself be Growth, for example with higher budgets, several markets, deeper analysis or greater ongoing responsibility for the account.

Channels and budget

Prioritising Google Ads, Meta and other relevant activity based on business objectives, capacity and what the data supports.

Multiple markets

Structure and ways of working for businesses advertising across several countries, brands, accounts or business areas.

Website, SEO and conversion

I can review search intent, headings, page structure, local SEO, organic visibility and conversion barriers, and improve or create landing pages where needed.

Measurement and tracking

Coordination around GTM, GA4, conversions and other measurement where decisions need better evidence.

Team and delivery

Analysis, decision support and clear priorities together with marketing teams, management, developers and external specialists.

My role in your business

Close to the team, with a clear brief

Growth can involve specialist work or a more leading role. The difference lies in what the business needs and what I am responsible for driving.

A specialist with broader responsibility

I take a more active role in a key channel and help the team with surrounding factors that affect results.

Support for the marketing manager

I work closely with the team, prepare evidence for decisions and drive selected initiatives without taking over the whole marketing function.

Broader marketing responsibility within a defined scope

In some relationships, the role can resemble an external marketing director, but Growth remains a defined engagement. We agree specifically which areas, decisions and deliverables I am responsible for.

When the engagement grew beyond advertising

More leads required better processes

In one engagement, the business needed both new customers and service providers to recruit. I worked with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GTM and GA4, the website and landing pages, HubSpot CRM, pipelines, segmentation and automated email flows.

As volume grew, the organisation’s ability to handle every lead became just as important as continued advertising performance.

A broad scope can still be clear

Growth does not automatically include a complete marketing director role. Nor does it mean every channel, landing page or production project is included.

Before we start, we agree what I drive, what the team owns and when other specialists need to be involved. That makes it possible to work broadly while keeping responsibility clear.

How we define and run the engagement

The work should help the team make decisions and implement the most important changes.

We define the brief

We review the starting point, business objectives, team and what needs to work better over the coming months.

We choose what to do first

You learn where I would start, what can wait and what must work before the next change is worth making.

I drive selected areas

I work directly in the areas we have agreed I will own, coordinating with the team when others need to contribute.

We keep, change or stop

Work is assessed against the business. What works gets more attention; what does not hold up is adjusted or stopped.

Frequently asked questions about Growth

What does Growth mean at AM Digital?

Growth is an ongoing engagement for businesses that need more than standard management of a single ad account. It can involve greater Google Ads responsibility, work across several markets or a broader scope connecting channels, measurement, landing pages and priorities.

Is Growth the same as an external marketing director?

In some engagements the role may resemble an external marketing director, but this is not automatic. Often the work covers a clearly defined part of marketing, such as advertising, multiple markets or an important growth channel.

Does Growth suit a larger Google Ads account?

Yes. A larger Google Ads engagement can itself be Growth, even without Meta Ads, SEO or other channels. It may suit accounts with multiple markets, larger budgets, more advanced structures, deeper analysis, expansion or greater ongoing responsibility.

Which channels and areas can be included?

That depends on what is limiting growth. Google Ads and Meta Ads may be included, alongside tracking, analysis, landing pages, CRO and selected SEO or website work. Examples include search intent, headings, local SEO, new landing pages or identifying where the site loses conversions. Larger specialist areas are defined in the quote or handled with the right specialist.

What does a Growth engagement cost?

Growth starts at SEK 30,000 per month, excluding VAT. Ad spend and any external production costs are additional. The final fee depends on the number of markets and accounts, pace, complexity and how much practical responsibility I take on.

Do you replace our internal marketing team?

Usually not. I can strengthen the team, drive selected areas and help with prioritisation. In a larger, defined engagement I can take a more leading role, with responsibilities agreed before work begins.

Can we start smaller?

Yes. If the main need is Google Ads or Meta Ads, a channel engagement may be a better start. A Google Ads Audit can also provide a focused first step when you want to understand the starting point before choosing a broader engagement.

Do you need a broader approach?

Describe your starting point, team and what needs to work better. I will get back to you with how I think the engagement could be defined.
